  This company claims that they are the only ones that produce their products, this in untrue as a thread on O gauge trains railroading forum has other stores selling their products at better prices.
  
  The owner has gone dark and refuses to explain to customers what is going on, I would HIGHLY advise potential buyers researching this company to AVOID any business with this incompetent company.
  
  This company has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau, unsurprisingly.
  
  I purchased a train set only to find out they are cheaper from other stores and the company lied about being the only one offering the sets.
